Do you offer discount codes?

Yes! Be sure to subscribe to our emails and follow us on Instagram and Tiktok so you never miss our promotions. Every order also includes a special discount code for your next purchase.

The product I want is sold out. When will it be available again?

If a product appears as SOLD OUT, it means we currently don’t have any more units available at the moment.

When will my order be shipped?'

We process orders as quickly as possible. Most orders are shipped within 1–3 business days. You can check the status of your order in the confirmation email you received.

Can I make changes to my order?

If your order includes personalization, we won’t be able to edit it once it has been processed.

However, please email us at hola@thepaperboatshop.com (or send us an Instagram DM and we’ll see how we can help.

Can I return or exchange my item?

If your order is not personalized, you can request a return or exchange. Please contact us at hola@thepaperboatshop.com with your request.

If the product has already been shipped or delivered, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost unless you are able to drop it off in Aventura, Florida.

Do you offer wholesale? How can I place a wholesale order?

We accept wholesale orders starting at 20 products, whether planners or notebooks, in any color or combination.

I’m a content creator and would love to collaborate with you. Do you offer product gifting?

We love working with content creators! Please email us your social media profiles, the product you’d like, your desired personalization, and your shipping address at hola@thepaperboatshop.com. If your audience aligns with ours, we’ll be happy to send you a product. Just don’t forget to tag us when you share it.
